Meet Megan Naquin MS, RD, LDN she/they
Megan Naquin is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with their Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Rhode Island, where they also completed their dietetic internship. During their first two years of practice, Megan worked at the residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care for the treatment of Eating Disorders. In recent years, Megan has worked with individuals on their weight concerns, managed & supervised a team of skilled dietitians, and has been a consultant in various healthcare settings.
Megan utilizes an evidenced-based approach along with a Health At Every Size (or behavior-focused) lens on care. They have received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). They have experience providing nutrition therapy tailored towards blood sugar management/insulin resistance, bowel/GI concerns, body image, conscious/intuitive eating, disordered eating or eating disorders, LGBTQ+ related-food concerns, and women’s health.
At this time, Megan is practising as an RD in Ontario, Canada at Centre Wellness, a group practice comprised of Psychotherapists & Psychologists. Megan is a recent addition to their team and is bookable here.
